We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst with a technical or computer science background, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in the intersection of healthcare and investing.

Role Overview

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the investment team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex healthcare datasets to drive actionable insights. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers and senior analysts to help identify trends, assess company performance, and refine data models that inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, structure, and analyze large datasets from healthcare and financial sources.

Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and data pipelines for ongoing analysis.

Develop and apply quantitative and statistical methods to evaluate companies, markets, and investment opportunities.

Support automation and improvement of data collection and reporting processes.

Collaborate with senior analysts and investment professionals to translate data insights into investment theses.

Monitor and interpret healthcare sector trends, regulatory updates, and key industry metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

1–2 years of experience (including internships) in data analysis, financial analytics, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Dash, Streamlit, or similar) is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Demonstrated interest in investments, finance, or healthcare sectors.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
