Emerald Road Inc. is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our Pittsburgh retail team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent our home improvement client's brand in-store—helping customers explore home improvement products, answering questions, and connecting them with the best plans to fit their lifestyle.

This in-person position is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their skills in sales, communication, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, learn about their needs, and recommend personalized home improvement solutions.
• Explain and demonstrate our client's products and services clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads for our client's sales team to follow up on
• Stay current on the latest products, promotions, and home improvement trends.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with your team to reach sales goals and maintain a fun, engaging atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required—training provided!
