Wealth for Generations – Experior Financial Group is seeking driven and compassionate partners who go above and beyond for their clients in the financial services industry.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping families build generational wealth through life insurance solutions and financial literacy programs. We provide comprehensive training and weekly product knowledge sessions to help you grow and succeed in your career.
Key Responsibilities
Understand each client’s financial goals and design customized life insurance strategies.
Educate clients on the features, benefits, and long-term value of life insurance.
Develop actionable plans that promote financial security and wealth building.
Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
Maintain strong, lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Participate in daily financial literacy exercises to strengthen industry knowledge.
Stay current with financial trends, products, and regulatory updates.
Work closely with your team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Experience & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred).
Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is an asset.
Life Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong understanding of financial and insurance concepts.
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and leadership-minded.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
