Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

At Inspired Play Learning Center, we believe that children learn best through nurturing relationships, hands-on exploration, and meaningful play. Our boutique childcare center offers small classroom sizes, low ratios, and a serene atmosphere where both children and educators can thrive.

We’re expanding our team and currently hiring for two positions:

Infant Co-Teacher (Ages 6 weeks–16 months)

You’ll nurture and comfort our youngest learners through gentle routines, responsive caregiving, and early communication.

What You’ll Do:

Provide warm, individualized care that promotes security and trust

Encourage early communication through songs, stories, and eye contact

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

Partner with co-teachers and families to support each baby’s growth

Qualifications:

Meets MN Rule 3 Infant Teacher or Assistant Teacher requirements

Infant classroom experience required; CDA or higher preferred

Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)

 Lead Toddler Teacher (Ages 16–33 months)

Our Toddler Teachers create a warm, consistent space where curiosity and confidence blossom through play, routines, and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities

Support social-emotional growth and emerging self-regulation

Guide early communication through songs, stories, and conversation

Collaborate with families and co-teachers to build a nurturing environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Thrives in a calm, organized classroom

Is patient, playful, and intentional about emotional development

Communicates clearly and kindly with children and adults

Qualifications:

Meets MN Rule 3 Teacher or Assistant Teacher requirements

Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred

Experience with toddlers in a group setting

Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
