Archery Director

Camp Zanika Lache, located in the beautiful Wenatchee National Forest, is hiring for its summer 2025 staff. From the shores of Lake Wenatchee we provide an amazing experience for children ages 5-17 from around Washington state. We are looking for motivated, responsible and fun people, who can handle the camp environment. All staff receive a thorough orientation to camp and their responsibilities. This includes getting acquainted, teambuilding, job training, and sharing expectations to set the tone for a fun, supportive community atmosphere.

The Archery Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a safe and engaging archery program for campers of all ages and skill levels. This includes maintaining equipment, enforcing safety procedures, instructing campers, and supervising staff assigned to archery activities. The ideal candidate is certified (or willing to become certified) in archery instruction and passionate about working with youth in an outdoor, camp environment.
