Podcast Producer (Atlanta, GA)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Podcast Producer to oversee the production of a multi-camera podcast series. This role requires both technical expertise and creative storytelling skills. The producer will manage live productions using a Blackmagic Television Studio 4K8 switcher, handle post-production editing, and create engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram.

Responsibilities:  
Operate a multi-camera production setup during live podcast recordings.
Run the Blackmagic Television Studio 4K8 switcher to direct live shows.
Oversee the full production cycle: pre-production planning, live show execution, and post-production editing.

Edit and finalize video content using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar professional software.

Upload full-length podcast episodes to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions, and metadata.

Create short-form video content, highlights, and clips tailored for Instagram and other social platforms.

Maintain consistent quality across all video outputs, ensuring brand and visual standards are met.

Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other production team members to ensure smooth execution.

Stay updated on the latest trends in podcasting, live streaming, and social media video.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a podcast or video producer in a multi-camera environment.
Hands-on experience with the Blackmagic Television Studio 4K8 switcher (or similar systems).

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing software.
Strong understanding of YouTube publishing, optimization, and content strategy.
Knowledge of creating engaging short-form video content for Instagram.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during live productions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple episodes and deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail in both live production and post-production.
Preferred Skills.

Experience with audio engineering for podcasts.

Familiarity with graphic design and motion graphics for enhancing video content.
Knowledge of current trends in podcasting, social media, and digital storytelling.
 

Schedule:

 6-8-hour shifts, 4-5 days a week.
