Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Recruiter
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier sales and marketing professionals to support our clients' hiring needs. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their sales and marketing hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative methods
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline and database in applicant tracking system (ATS)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Assist with job postings, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Stay updated on industry trends in sales, marketing, and recruitment
Qualifications:
Must reside in New Jersey
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest or experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting is a plus
Self-starter with a high level of motivation and drive
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
