Position Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Product Operations Analyst. You will be a key member of our Product Management & Operations team that provides data centric service delivery for our SaaS software customers, reporting to our Head of Product Management & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ingest newly created contract data files into the OneMarket Contracts system using an AI/ML tool
- Merge the ingested contracts data with data from other sources to create a combined contract data file
- Identify parent-child linkages between contract documents
- Perform QA & Completeness check on the combined contract data file
- Upload contract and attachment files into OneMarket Contracts
- Setup Alerts for newly ingested contract documents
- Ongoing Data Steward / Data Hygiene support for the data contained in OneMarket S2C products
- Monitor usage and compliance for key fields in the software, proactively communicating with users to drive adoption of software functionality that depends on good data
- Reporting support using the data within the OneMarket software
- Various other data administration tasks related to sourcing project, sourcing event and contract data that lives within the OneMarket Source to Contract software products.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional contracts related experience
Technical Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word: Intermediate Level – understanding of how Review functionality works including Markup, Comments and Document Comparison
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat: Intermediate Level – convert to pdf format, convert from pdf format, combine and split pdf files
- Experience with Microsoft Excel: Intermediate Level - Organizing & Cleaning data, Common Functions, Lookups, Pivot Tables
- Experience working with e-signature tools (Docusign, Adobe etc) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is an advantage
Specialist Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2 years of Contract Management experience required, preferably in a Procurement-focused role
- Understanding of and experience working in the Source to Contract (S2C) process
- Experience using Source to Contract (S2C) software tools (ie SAP Ariba, Workday/Scout, iValua, Zycus)
- Understanding of the Sourcing process and some experience in managing sourcing projects
- Understanding of the RFx process, ie RFI, RFQ, RFP
- Understanding of various types of Contractual documents – Master Agreements, Exhibits, SOW’s, Amendments
- Ability to read through a contract and extract key information such as contracting parties, key dates, reference to a master agreement, key Commercial T&C’s (Payment Terms, Termination language, etc)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with different deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (contracts will all be written in English). Required at a high enough level for communication with Logicsource, suppliers and customers.
- Does NOT need to understand Negotiation, Legal T&Cs or have formal legal training
