Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
In cooperation with the Resident Care Director, assumes responsibility of total resident/patient care by performing professional nursing duties and assuring the completion of duties. Cooperates with all disciplines to assure high quality resident/patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and must possess a current Practical Nurse license; in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
