Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our team on a commission-based structure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating new business for the company. You’ll need to be strategic, proactive, and skilled at creating compelling outreach to attract new leads. The ideal candidate is intelligent, attentive, and has a natural charisma that will help build trust with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads within targeted industries
• Reach out to leads via email, phone, or other relevant channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-ups and personalized communication
• Work closely with the team to understand our services and value proposition, tailoring outreach accordingly
• Track and report on outreach performance and conversion metrics
• Meet monthly or quarterly goals for lead generation and new client acquisition
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to active client

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Charismatic and confident in outreach and relationship-building
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Attentive to detail and able to quickly adapt strategies based on feedback
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or outreach (a plus, but not required)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or outreach automation is a bonus
