Recruitment Social Media Specialist

Education / Experience

An innovative thinker with 1+ years of Social Media experience.

Photography and video experience required.  Bachelors preferred 

Summary Statement

The Recruitment Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of various Gift of Life Marrow Registry social media channels. The specialist will lead, create and publish social content to educate the public and grow the registry.

Responsibilities

  • Increase awareness of brand to targeted audiences
  • Develop Social Media editorial calendar, participate in any relevant brainstorming
  • Manage and optimize organic ad campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, and other common platforms
  • Keep the organization at the forefront of developments in social media channels
  • Publish daily social media posts to raise awareness and contribute to the growth of Gift of Life social media channels
  • Ensure projects move from idea to publication and all assets are appropriately cataloged
  • Maintain and grow the internal labeling process of all content to monitor the effectiveness of various content types and marketing messages
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics and insights to optimize content
  • Gather and report weekly metrics providing an overview of the performance of each social platform, marketing/communication messages and ROI
  • Assist with maintaining photo and video libraries
  • Some travel maybe required
  • Other duties as assigned
