We’re looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-centric problem solver. You'll be working directly with MealPal customers to make sure they have a seamless experience. As a Customer Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for responding to customer emails and handling various marketing operational tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with our customers in a timely manner with high quality messages. This role will handle a high volume of email support on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot and find smart solutions to any issues, taking into account marketing goals and brand guidelines
- Identify new ways to enhance the customer experience and acquire new customers. Help with creation of social media content and meal reviews, email marketing campaigns, flyering, events, and more campaigns to acquire new members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of operations, marketing, or communications experience
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional written skills and high EQ
