Bachelor-Level Clinician

Job Description: 

Practical Solutions Counseling, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bachelor-Level Clinician to join our team. This position involves working under the supervision of licensed professionals to provide direct support to clients experiencing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for client care. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Assessments: Conduct initial intake assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals. 

Treatment Planning: Assist in developing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

 Psychoeducation: Provide clients with educational resources to help them better understand their mental health concerns. 

Group Facilitation: Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions on various mental health topics. Case Management: Coordinate with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to support client needs.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic guidelines. Crisis Intervention: Assist in identifying and managing client crises with appropriate interventions. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and therapeutic techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong documentation skills.
