Operations and Growth Partner
Remote | Part-Time (15-25 hrs/week) | 3-Month Trial → Long-Term / Co-Founder Path
Mission:
Take full ownership of the day-to-day success and growth of a fast-moving AI/tech company. You’ll manage customer operations, drive revenue growth, and build scalable systems – freeing the founder to focus on technology and product.
This is a hands-on role for someone hungry to learn how to run a tech business end-to-end and eventually grow into a leadership or co-founder position.
What You’ll Do
Own customer success: manage onboarding, retention, and ongoing satisfaction for all active clients.
Run growth experiments: design and execute new outreach and marketing strategies.
Lead sales ops: oversee lead pipelines, CRM hygiene, and reporting; help close deals when needed.
Optimize systems: automate repetitive workflows, improve internal documentation, and manage freelancers.
Drive accountability: set and track KPIs across campaigns, client deliverables, and recurring revenue.
Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy, pricing, and product priorities.
Who You Are
- Hungry to build something real, not just execute tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; can switch between high-level strategy and hands-on detail work.
- Experience or deep interest in sales, operations, marketing, or growth.
- Bias toward action and autonomy, comfortable operating with limited direction.
- Excellent with task management tools like Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, or Airtable; bonus points for understanding APIs, automation, or AI tools.

Compensation
- $1,000 monthly stipend (+/- depending on experience)
- 10% revenue share on new sales (MRR) generated or managed
- Equity vesting path tied to milestones and continued impact
- 3-month trial → long-term / founder-track opportunity
- 15-25 hours per week, flexible schedule in the first 3 months trial with the expectation that if this is successful, we will transition into a full-time role
