Durst & Taylor Structural Engineering (DTSE) is looking to a hire a Structural Design Engineer for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural design and analysis services for projects in a variety of sectors including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail buildings, single and multi-family residences, building renovations, etc..
  • Work alongside senior project engineers while becoming familiar with a variety of structural systems (new buildings, building renovations, industrial buildings and structures, structural steel connections, miscellaneous metals, etc.) and materials (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, etc.).
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, owners, and other project stakeholders to successfully complete projects.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Risa Design, and ENERCALC is a plus
