Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
As part of our CareCove family, you’ll deliver personalized, one-to-one in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Your role supports meaningful progress for each child and upholds our commitment to clinical quality and family partnership.


Duties

  • Provide engaging, data-driven ABA sessions after school hours
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
  • Collect accurate data and document progress with integrity
  • Communicate observations and updates to your supervising BCBA
  • Partner with families to promote skill development at home and in the community

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • 1+ year of in-home ABA experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
  • Availability between 2 PM – 7 PM on weekdays
  • Successful background check & TB clearance
