Operations Analyst & Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:
- Review, enter, and maintain all incoming Purchase Orders.
- Schedule and coordinate transportation related to incoming orders.
- Invoice Sales Orders and communicate with customers.
- Communicate with the sales force and warehouses regarding the status of all orders and any discrepancies.
- Schedule/ Coordinate inbound shipments from our distilleries
- Manage an inbound trucking report for the Operations Team
- Utilize available reports to monitor/ prioritize inventory across incoming orders.
- Responsible for some compliance and regulatory work.
- Track Orders / Shipments for select new products and/or allocated products.
- Send samples of select products to sales teams and Distributors.
- Ability to perform other tasks as requested by the operations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Business majors preferred.
- Microsoft Suite experience. Including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills.
- Team player.
