Junior Marketing Associate

Location: Castro Valley, CA (Onsite – 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow into a full-time role
Start Date: November 1, 2025

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team at KCI HQ in Castro Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, design, and brand growth, directly under the guidance of the CEO.

What You’ll Do

Support the development and execution of social media strategy and growth across platforms

Create and design engaging marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign assets

Work with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva to deliver creative content

Assist with PowerPoint presentations and internal/external communication materials

Contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns, branding, and digital presence

​Help produce and record content either in front of or behind the camera
 

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in (or ability to quickly learn): Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva

Solid skills in PowerPoint (or equivalent) for presentations

A responsible, self-disciplined, and motivated individual

Strong interest in marketing, design, and social media growth

A college degree is not required — passion, drive, and creativity matter most

Compensation: California minimum wage (with growth potential as role expands)

Schedule: 20 hours per week, onsite at KCI HQ (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Interview Dates: October 20 – October 31, 2025

Target Start Date: November 1, 2025
