Operations Intern

LUDWIG+ has an immediate opening for a part-time Operations Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Operations Director in the areas of office operations and project management. This is a pivotal role for our cultural growth as a company and will ensure that the team is set up with the tools they need for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Update Monday.com boards for clients as requested
  • Assist with project management for award show entries and new business
  • Coordinate meeting notices/calendars as requested
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office (Lease, equipment, maintenance, etc.)
  • Oversee any team or guest travel arrangements
  • Monitor office supplies and order as needed
  • Coordinate all company-wide events (Holiday party, quarterly events, team builds, training)
  • Coordinate with HR any new hires and ensure their workstation and welcome package are set up
  • Lead company birthday/anniversary recognition
  • Liaise with NTM to provide Tech Support for the office
  • Order food and stock kitchen weekly
  • Maintain relationship with building maintenance
  • Water plants and maintain office cleanliness
