Sales Representatitve

Location: Provo, UT (in-office preferred, hybrid acceptable)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Compensation: $15/hour + Commission

Our AI-powered platform streamlines maintenance requests, documentation, and tenant coordination — saving time and increasing transparency across the rental and community housing ecosystem.

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to help us expand our footprint among HOAs, property owners, and rental managers throughout Utah and beyond.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and helping property stakeholders understand how Residia can simplify their operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, has great phone and email communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential customers (HOA presidents, property managers, rental owners, etc.)

Manage outreach lists, track conversations, and update CRM records regularly

Schedule demos and meetings for the Residia leadership team

Learn and communicate the key benefits of Residia’s platform clearly and confidently

Collect feedback from prospects to help refine outreach strategy and product-market fit

Assist with local outreach campaigns, events, and partnership development as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and phone presence — confident, friendly, and professional

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit weekly outreach goals

Organized and detail-oriented with basic proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email

Experience in real estate, property management, or SaaS sales (preferred, not required)

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
