What we’re looking for:
Grad Dates: December 2025 graduates or before (recent graduates available to start in the near future)
Location: Traveling the world at sea on a Royal Caribbean Ship
Dates: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-Time Contract (includes salary and travel, lodging, meals and health coverage)
Work Authorization: Open to all US students (including those that may require visa sponsorship in the future)
Royal Caribbean Live Music is hiring skilled musicians to perform aboard our fleet of cruise ships. This is a unique opportunity to grow your music career while traveling the world.
We are seeking talented individuals and ensembles to fill roles including:
- Bands: Party, Latin, Caribbean, Jazz, Country
- Soloists: Piano, Guitar, Violin, Vocalists, Percussion
- Duos & Ensembles: Classical, Variety, Crossover
- Orchestra & Show Musicians: Drums, Guitar, Bass, Brass, Woodwinds, Strings
- Show Conductors
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality music for live audiences onboard
- Rehearse and collaborate with onboard entertainment teams
- Maintain professional standards and schedules
- Represent Royal Caribbean with enthusiasm and musical excellence
Requirements:
- Willingness to live and work at sea
- Strong musicianship and performance skills
- Sight-reading ability (varies by role)
- Experience in live performance or formal music training
