About Settlyfe

Settlyfe is building an AI-powered housing and relocation ecosystem that connects renters, landlords, agents, and service providers into one seamless experience.
Our mission: make moving and housing as simple as it should be through automation, design, and trust.

You’ll be joining our early-stage founding team — working directly with the CEO, CMO, CTO and marketing agency partners — to help Settlyfe grow its first user base across California’s major cities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Intern who loves creative problem-solving, real-world marketing, passionate and measurable impact.
Your main goal: help us increase user sign-ups, collect insights, and expand brand reach through research, campaigns, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, surveys, and interviews to understand renter and landlord needs.

Execute growth campaigns to drive platform sign-ups (tenants, landlords, and service providers).

Create and manage content calendars for social media, email, and referral programs.

Build geo-based outreach strategies (university housing, Facebook Groups, Reddit, local partners).

Assist with SEO — keyword research, content optimization, and local visibility.

Collaborate with design and operations to improve landing pages and sign-up flows.

Track metrics like conversion rates, engagement, and traffic sources.

Brainstorm with the marketing team to test new campaign ideas and creative hooks.

Learn professional workflows through hands-on collaboration with our partner marketing agency.

Who You Are

Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Interested in growth, marketing, and user acquisition.

Comfortable using or learning tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, or Meta Ads.

Organized, creative, and self-motivated with strong follow-through.

Excited about startups, housing innovation, and cross-disciplinary learning.

Preferred

Basic SEO or analytics knowledge (e.g., Ahrefs, GA, SEMrush).

Familiarity with content scheduling or social platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, or native tools).

Experience running small social or student campaigns.

Curiosity for geo-targeted growth strategies
