We began with PRN pharmacy staffing (ShiftRx) and are now launching ShiftOS, a unified operating system for managing the full lifecycle management of the healthcare workforce. By embedding at the shift level, ShiftOS powers a live dataset and automation layer that handles scheduling, compliance, and soon credentialing, and payroll; working towards an entirely intelligence workforce management system. At its core is Holly, an AI agent that learns each organization’s unique workflows to automate scheduling, license tracking, and more—reducing reliance on complex legacy vendors and time spent on manual admin tasks. Healthcare employers are adopting ShiftOS to transform scheduling and workforce management of their workforce, starting with pharmacy teams.

We've recently relocated to SF from ATX, and have >20 enterprise customers in the pipeline with multiple pilots for ShiftOS. Our ShiftRx PRN marketplace is still running currently w/ 1000+ pharmacies and 10K+ clinicians across the US.
This Role
We’re hiring an Intern to work on socials: you'll design, ship, and own Shift’s voice across LinkedIn, X, and beyond. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CPO to turn product moments into narrative, and your posts will shape how enterprise buyers, candidates, and partners see us. High-leverage seat; steep learning curve.
What You'll Do
- Ship content daily across channels: LinkedIn, X/Twitter, short-form video.
- Build a consistent brand system: tone, visuals, templates, and rituals.
- Stand up a lightweight content engine (calendar, approvals, analytics).
- Turn raw material (demos, customer calls, product drops) into clips, carousels, and threads.
- Run fast growth experiments (hooks, CTAs, timing, formats) and measure what sticks.
- Translate technical wins (AI scheduling, credentialing, payroll) into crisp, human stories.
- Lay the groundwork for social listening, UTM hygiene, and weekly reporting.
Who You Are
- Strong interest in startups, willingness to figure things out, and owner mentality
- 1–3 years creating for SaaS or startups (internships, freelance, or your own projects count).
- Strong IC with fluency in writing, short-form video editing (CapCut/Premiere), and basic design (Figma/Canva).
- Hands-on with scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer/Hootsuite/Native) and a bias for shipping.
- Excited by AI-native products — you track the space, speak product, and can simplify complexity without dumbing it down.
- Gritty, founder-mentality creator who thrives in ambiguity and wants ownership.
- Bonus: experience in B2B healthcare, employer branding, or turning long demos into snackable clips.
Comp
- Option to earn full-time offer at the end of the internship
- Hourly: $28 (part-time, 15–20 hrs/wk) or Monthly: $1700
