PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: We are hiring a Guest Experience Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees the following brands: Classic Fun Center (Orem), Ritz Magic Wheels, Ritz Eats & Sweets, RollCall, The Alley, East End Skating, and Infly.co. For this position, we are looking for someone who is versatile and willing to do many types of work. They will participate in a variety of projects to analyze sales & data, and create dashboards. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to gain new skills.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Connect and clean data from POS, ticketing, & staffing systems
   
• Build dashboards (attendance, labor, COGS, arcade KPIs) with weekly rollups
   
• Run A/B tests on offers
   
• Produce post-event reviews with insights and next-action recommendations
   
• Model true profit per session and share findings
   
• Contribute to other HQ projects​
   

Requirements

• Desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business 
   
• Willing to challenge existing ideas and methods
   
• Creative problem solver
   
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
   
• Understanding of project management and execution
   
• Enjoys research
   
• Experience in coding, analytics software, or building live dashboards

COMPENSATION: $16-18+/HR (DOE)
