Summer 2026 Internship

For over 70 years, The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) has proclaimed the Gospel through its various ministries. Whether you are an intern at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, North Carolina, or the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove (BGTC) in Asheville, North Carolina, you are part of a team of committed Christians working together to reach people to the ends of the earth with the Gospel.

CHRISTIAN PURPOSE AND EXPECTATIONS:

All interns proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through their internship, and thereby further BGEA’s religious mission.

Department Detail – The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Internship Program, based in Charlotte, NC, is designed to provide college students and recent graduates with an opportunity to use their skills in a tangible way to help advance the organization’s efforts to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. The program will provide general exposure to the ministry’s program and operations. Interns work alongside seasoned staff and receive on-the-job training in practical, administrative, and logistical duties for current projects.

Job Summary – This summer term of the Internship Program begins on May 18, 2026, and concludes on July 31, 2026. Applications must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025. Applicants must submit a cover letter and resume along with their application.

Ministry Requirements

  • Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer
  • Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits
  • Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA’s Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations
  • Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The duties and responsibilities for the specific internship positions will vary by department
  • Interns should maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Christ

Job Specifications

Skills and Knowledge

  • Obtaining or obtained a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and networking skills
  • Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and carry out plans and solve problems independently

Continuing the lifelong work of Billy Graham, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association exists to support and extend the evangelistic calling and ministry of Franklin Graham by proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to all we can by every effective means available to us and by equipping the church and others to do the same.
