Junior Financial Analyst/ Real Estate Agent

We’re looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who’s ready to dive into the fast-paced world of commercial real estate — and then make the leap to become a licensed real estate agent within 6 to 12 months.

This is not just another analyst job. It’s a launchpad to a high-earning sales career, where you’ll gain a rock-solid foundation in real estate finance, while positioning yourself to become a trusted dealmaker in the industry.

What You’ll Do (Phase 1 – Financial Analyst)

  • Analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling, risk assessment, and returns forecasting.
  • Build and maintain detailed pro forma financial models for acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
  • Assist with due diligence, underwriting, and investment memos that inform key decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and identify value.
  • Create polished pitch decks and presentations using Adobe InDesign for investors and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to gain 360-degree exposure.

Your Career Path (Phase 2 – Real Estate Agent)

After successfully completing the analyst phase (typically 6–12 months), you’ll transition into a commission-based licensed real estate agent role — fully equipped with the financial, market, and analytical skills to succeed at a higher level than most agents.

We’ll help you:

  • Obtain your real estate license (if not already licensed)
  • Leverage your financial expertise to win clients and close deals
  • Build a personal brand in the commercial real estate space
  • Access top-tier listings and mentorship from experienced brokers

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, sales or similar
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and solid understanding of valuation metrics (DCF, cap rates, IRR, etc.)
  • Willing to learn Adobe InDesign for presentations
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in transitioning into a sales-focused career
  • Experience with real estate platforms (e.g., Argus, CoStar) is a plus but not a requirement

Why Join Us?

  • Work side-by-side with senior leadership and industry veterans
  • Gain unparalleled exposure to real-world real estate deals from day one
  • Fast-track your move into a lucrative career in commercial real estate sales
  • Be part of a collaborative, high-performance culture that rewards results
