Campus Production Director
Objective
To create a distraction free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence
- Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team
- Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules
- Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff
- Program lighting, and media content for weekend services
- Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction free experience
- Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
- Execute high quality, distraction free worship services with serve staff team
- Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
- Identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues that may occur
- Maintain production team equipment and software
- Disciple and lead serve staff team and encourage growth both spiritually and in their serve staff position.
- Attend and contribute to central, campus, and one on one meetings
- Other duties as needed

Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred equipment
- Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video and lighting
