Your Daily Mission:
-Be a Job-Filling Machine: Proactively source and engage top candidates across the community.
-Build the Future: Drive essential community outreach and develop lasting partnerships with local businesses and their hiring leaders.
-Be a Resourceful Expert: Use your initiative and ingenuity to solve talent challenges for our clients.
-Build the Engine: You'll be the master of our talent pipeline, aggressively building and maintaining a roster of qualified candidates through high-volume phone screenings?the lifeblood of our operation.
-Be Our Face: You will proudly represent Spherion as our dynamic ambassador at career fairs, industry events, presentations, and networking mixers.
Preferred skills:
-You know the Vermont community landscape and the local organizations that matter.
-Bonus points if you've already navigated the world of staffing, temp-to-hire, or manufacturing placements!
-You're comfortable handling high-volume phone screenings and you already understand the fundamentals of a candidate pipeline.
Required skills:
-The ability to cultivate new business relationships and drive growth!
-A drive to develop professional relationships with community organizations.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Some experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
-Experience in using social media to build impactful employer brands to expand our reach and connect us with the best talent in our local area!
