Compensation:
$77,000 to $90,000 annual salary (based on experience) + bi-weekly bonuses (range from $5K-$15K annually) + $10,000 in student loan repayment or welcome bonus

Your Role in Recovery:
Imagine you're a superhero, but instead of a cape, you’ve got a stethoscope and some resistance bands. As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you’re the go-to expert for people who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or just dealing with the day-to-day aches and pains of life. Your job? Help them get back to feeling awesome, one move at a time!

Custom Treatment Plans:
No two bodies are the same! You’ll design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and maybe some “magical” modalities (we’re talking ultrasound, heat, ice, you name it). -
Therapeutic Exercises and Manual Therapy:
Whether it’s a knee replacement recovery or a sprained ankle, you’ll lead your patients through exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility. -
Progress Tracking:
It’s all about the gains! You’ll keep track of your patient’s progress, making sure they’re improving and adjusting the treatment plan if needed. -
Patient Coach and Educator:
You’re not just about exercise, you’ll also teach your patients the secrets of injury prevention, good posture, and how to move with confidence. -
Team Player:
You’re in this with the whole healthcare squad. You’ll be talking with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to make sure your patients are getting the best care possible. -

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
