Sales Support Representative

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Coordinate and manage the collection of both standardized and customized document requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Independently handle customer and Sales Account Manager inquiries for product information and documentation, including Product Descriptions, MSDS, Kosher Certificates, and Questionnaires.

Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal teams and external customers to support seamless information flow.

Complete and report work results promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Collaborate closely with Account Managers and customers to meet deadlines and deliver requested materials efficiently.

Serve as a backup for other Sales Support Representatives, ensuring continuity of service during absences.

Foster strong relationships and maintain positive interdepartmental communication, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Manage requests via SFDC and third-party platforms such as TraceGains, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

Maintain a resilient, proactive mindset, including arranging customer sample shipments and driving actions to meet expectations.

Assist with sales reporting and pricing administration

 

What Makes You the Right Fit

High-School Diploma or equivalent at a minimum

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Self-motivated individual with a customer centric mindset

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

High energy, proactive mindset, and results orientation.

 

How Would You Stand Out?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Food Science preferred

Up-to-date knowledge of the IFF product line portfolio preferred
