Growth Intern
Moshicam is the all-in-one photo editing app for fans and creators to make cute, aesthetic edits. With thousands of artist-made frames, stickers, and tools, Moshicam empowers a global community to create and share edits, selfies, and collages of all their favorite things. Loved by K-Pop fans, lifestyle creators, and anyone who loves cute aesthetics, Moshicam is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Growth Intern to help us scale our community and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Review and manage artist submissions for frames and stickers
- Review and approve community edits and posts
- Respond to DMs across social channels (Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Support our creator and artist programs with various ops tasks
- Support the growth team with creator and community initiatives
- Experiment with social trends, creators, and content ideas to drive growth
- In general, help with anything that leads to or supports our growth
- Write social copy and make posts on our social media accounts

- Organized and detail-oriented — you manage multiple small tasks smoothly
- Curious and scrappy — you figure things out fast and love learning by doing
- Deeply online — you understand internet culture, memes, fandoms, and social trends
- Quantitatively driven and experimental — you like testing ideas, tracking performance, and finding what works
- Interested in startups, growth, or creative marketing — you want to learn how consumer apps grow
- Timezone — Since our growth team is based in Los Angeles, you are ideally in PST timezone or a US-based timezone. Bonus points if you’re based in LA.
- Bonus: passion for fandoms, K-Pop, or photo edits

Role Details
- We expect this position to require 10-20 hours every week
- We are offering $500 USD / month compensation
- This role will start with a two month period with the opportunity to extend afterwards
- Ideal for current college students looking to gain experience in growth, marketing, or consumer apps. We can provide documentation if you’d like to receive academic credit through your university.
