CREATIVE PRODUCTION INTERN

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Commitment: 15–20 hours/week | 8–12 weeks
Compensation: School credit or stipend ($250–400/month)

Mission
We help businesses stand out through story-driven short-form content. If you love the idea of turning raw footage into scroll-stopping videos and want to learn how agencies produce content at scale, this role is for you.

The Problem to Solve
We’re producing more content than ever, but creative production time slows everything down. We need someone who loves visual storytelling and can help us move from concept to edit to publish faster without sacrificing quality.

Impact
You’ll see your edits live across multiple client brands — viewed by thousands. You’ll develop a creative eye, master industry tools, and learn how agencies balance speed, style, and storytelling.

30 / 60 / 90 Outcomes
30 Days: Learn our editing workflow and tools (CapCut, Descript, Canva).
60 Days: Edit and deliver short-form videos for multiple clients with supervision.
90 Days: Manage your own batch of content from raw footage to polished delivery.

Responsibilities
Edit videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Add captions, transitions, and branding elements.
Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and carousels.
Organize media assets and prep files for production.
Maintain visual quality across clients and platforms.

You Might Be a Fit If
You’re studying Media, Film, or Design.
You’re comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or Premiere.
You have an eye for pacing, storytelling, and aesthetics.
You want hands-on creative experience and real portfolio work.
