Marketing Insights Intern

LockBox Storage, a brand operated by McGregor Interests, Inc., a real estate investment and management company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Insights Intern to assist with tracking and analyzing marketing performance across a variety of platforms. This position is ideal for a current undergraduate or graduate student interested in marketing analytics, advertising strategy, or data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze advertising spend and performance across digital platforms, including Google, Facebook, Reddit, Yelp, and others.
• Monitor and evaluate results from traditional marketing efforts, including direct mail, print, radio, and local sponsorships.
• Test and report on new advertising opportunities and emerging platforms.
• Create clear and concise reports summarizing marketing spend, performance, and insights.
• Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Assist with marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required) — able to manage data sets, create formulas, and generate charts.
• Experience with Power BI (required) — capable of building dashboards to visualize marketing performance.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a must (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Yelp for Business).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
