Air Compliance Program Manager

Air Compliance Program Manager

Hiring Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Full Time or Part Time: FULL TIME

Location: Richmond

This position is primarily responsible for managing the products and staff of the central and/or regional enforcement and air compliance/monitoring program. This position requires that the selected candidate complete a Statement of Personal Economic Interests as a condition of employment, per the Code of Virginia § 2.2-3118.2. Please note this position follows a hybrid work schedule to include both in-office and telework. Candidates must be able to work from the assigned work location in Virginia.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing regulatory expertise regarding multi-media enforcement and air compliance proceedings, policies, and coordination with other regional programs to assure accurate, consistent, and timely documents and ensuring technically and procedurally accurate products are developed in a timely manner, employing best engineering practices and P2-oriented approaches.

    • ability to review database reports to assess and ensure quality and timely data entry

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to independently manage professionals and programs.
  • A combination of experience, education or training that would enable the performance of the specified job duties of this position. 
  • Must complete an annual Statement of Economic Interest and Virginia State and Local Conflict of Interest Act Training (bi-annually).  
  • This position may require you to operate a state owned or leased vehicle. Therefore, a valid driver's license is required.
