Order Management Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience for our customers and internal partners.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from entry to fulfillment

Enter customer orders into our systems with precision and timeliness

Serve as a key point of contact for internal Sales Teams, external customers, and vendors—delivering exceptional service and support

Assist with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the order lifecycle

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting and Finance Deals to ensure smooth operations and resolution of any discrepancies

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments

Experience with order management systems or ERP platforms is a plus
