We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer Intern who cares deeply about both system design and product experience. What We Are Building
We are developing the next generation of AI-Native Information Systems, with one core component being a highly modular, scalable, and intelligent Business AI Agent Platform (BAI). We are not simply creating a “feature list,” but redefining how humans and AI collaborate—covering every critical step from model invocation and data flow to agent behavior generation.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the full-stack development of our core platform, including frontend interaction, backend services, databases, and model interfaces.

Collaborate with product managers and AI engineers to abstract AI capabilities into stable and usable system functions.

Design and implement scalable service architectures and component systems based on business needs.

Co-create product features, discussing every detail from definition to experience optimization.

Continuously improve system performance, stability, and code quality, and drive technical progress within the team.

What We Expect From You
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; top 10% GPA preferred.

Proficient in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and familiar with common web frameworks and API design.

Skilled in frontend frameworks such as React or Vue, capable of delivering pixel-perfect UI and interaction logic.

Understanding of databases, caching, and API protocols, with the ability to complete basic backend development and integration.

Possess system-level thinking, enjoy exploring why something is designed a certain way, and have a full-stack product perspective.

Passionate about technology, proactive in execution, and eager to explore end-to-end engineering practices.

Bonus Points
Built an independent full-stack project or contributed to real-world system development.

Understanding of AI model integration or experience with RAG/Agent systems.

Strong sense of aesthetics and interaction design, with a focus on product experience.

【你的主要职责】

1.  参与公司核心平台的全栈开发，包括但不限于前端交互、后端服务、数据库、模型接口等；
2. 协同产品与算法同学，将 AI 能力抽象成稳定可用的系统功能；
3. 根据业务需求，设计并实现可扩展的服务架构和组件体系；
4. 参与产品共创，讨论从功能定义到体验优化的每一个细节；
5. 持续优化系统性能、稳定性与代码质量，推动团队技术进步。

【我们希望你具备以下素质】

1.  计算机科学/软件工程/人工智能等相关专业本科或研究生在读，成绩排名前10%优先；
2. 熟练掌握至少一门后端语言（如 Python / Java / Node.js），理解常见 Web 框架与接口设计；
3. 熟悉 React / Vue 等前端框架，能构建高还原度的页面与交互逻辑；
4. 理解数据库、缓存、接口协议，能完成基本的后端开发与联调；
5. 有系统思维，喜欢思考“为什么这样设计”，具备从前端到后端的产品视角；
6. 热爱技术，执行力强，愿意探索全链路的工程实践。

1. 有独立搭建过全栈项目，或者有参与真实系统开发的经验；
