Frontend Developer Intern / AI Frontend

Position Overview
From Deep Learning to Transformers, from chatbots to humanoid robots, from knowledge-based AI to physical AI, the Fourth Technological Revolution is already underway. AI is transforming every industry, and AI programming is evolving at a pace measured in weeks—sometimes even days.

Tech leaders are no longer debating whether AI will replace frontend or backend roles, but rather predicting whether it will happen in 2026 or 2027. Meta has reportedly offered nine-figure compensation packages to attract talent from OpenAI, and the annual salary gap between senior AI frontend developers and their traditional counterparts can reach up to 100 times.

What We Are Building
We envision a near future where every individual (Customer) will have their own AI assistant or agent—what we call a CAI—and every organization or business will have its own AI assistant or agent—what we call a BAI. Future interactions between businesses and customers (B2C), businesses and businesses (B2B), or even customers and customers (C2C) will be primarily handled by these AI agents representing their respective interests.

Researchers have already proposed various AI-to-AI communication protocols, from basic MCP to weight-level direct interaction without NLP layers. This will massively boost information exchange efficiency during decision-making, increasing human-level information processing speeds (currently ~10 bit/s) by three to five orders of magnitude. In terms of decision-making quality, processing speed, and overall cost, it is clear that decision models will increasingly shift from carbon-based neural networks (human brains) to silicon-based artificial neural networks (ANNs).

Our mission is to develop BAI, along with a system capable of interacting seamlessly with human end-users and numerous CAIs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, Doubao, Kimi, and more.

This requires product designers, UI/UX designers, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and algorithm engineers to approach problems from an AI-Native (AI-First) perspective, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
Explore the possibilities and limits of current frontend technologies to design how humans will interact with our systems and how CAIs will connect with our BAIs.

Design AI-Native components, define frontend–backend data exchange mechanisms, and implement them in production.

What We Expect From You
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; top 10% GPA preferred.

Proficient in React or Vue, with hands-on experience in delivering complete projects.

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Shadcn, Material UI, Ant Design, or similar frameworks.

Strong sense of aesthetics and user experience, with attention to interaction details.

Passionate about frontend development, eager to embrace new challenges, and curious about AI Frontend technologies.

Experience with AI platform products or Agent systems is a plus.

科技大佬和技术大拿们不再讨论前端和后端的工作是否可以被AI取代,而是在预测到底会在26年还是27年实现。Meta愿意用上亿美元的薪金包去OpenAI挖人,而高阶AI前端和同等级的传统前端之间年薪甚至可以差距100倍。

【我们在做什么】
 首先我们假设在不远的未来,每个个体或者说用户(Customer)都将有自己的AI助手或Agent,我们称之为CAI;同时每个组织或者说商家(Business)也均会有自己的AI助手或Agent,我们称之为BAI;未来B-C、B-B甚至C-C的交互将主要由代表各自利益的AI助手或Agents完成。
 
目前已有研究者提出各类AI间通信协议,从最简单的MCP到去除NLP层的权重直接交互。这将极大地增加做决策时信息交换的效率,使人类之间现有的信息处理速度从10bit/s增长三到五个数量级。无论是从最终决策的效果、信息处理的速度抑或是整个决策过程的总成本来看,都不难推理出,决策模型将开始从碳基生物的脑中(Neural Network)转移到硅基生物的权重(Artificial Neural Network)中。
 
而我们要做的就是BAI,以及一个可以与C端人类用户以及众多CAI*交互的系统。

在这个交互系统的制作中,需要产品设计、UIUX设计、前端工程师、后端工程师、算法工程师都从原生AI(AI-Native or AI-First)的角度思考问题,并提供整体解决方案。
 
【你的主要职责】
 1.探索目前前端技术的上下限,从而构思人类如何与我们的系统交互以及CAI如何与我们的BAI对接;
2.AI-Native的组件设计,前后端数据交互方式设计以及代码落地。
 
【我们希望你具备以下素质】
 1.计算机科学/软件工程/人工智能等相关专业本科或研究生在读,成绩排名前10%优先;
