Administrative Assistant

I am looking for someone to start as an Administrative Assistant and move up to Executive Assistant.  Work is remote, though there are occasions where meetings or tasks are in person.  Work schedule is Monday through Friday.  Perks include quarterly team buildings, bi-monthly meetings at fun coffeeshops, benefits, raises, etc..  

I am looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks initially with growth into more complex projects and marketing.  The position supports a busy psychologist seeing clients in practice and running a medium sized company seeing clients with disabilities in the community.  Position may include a few personal assistant projects from time to time, including research and making calls.  

Must be proficient with general computer skills, Excel, Sharepoint, Quickbooks, Yahoo mail, work with Microsoft software and PDF files, etc.. Must have excellent communication, organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.  Seeking someone professional and caring who can take dictation, problem solve, and be a fast learner.
