Internship Overview
A hands-on, hybrid internship where you’ll build digital marketing campaigns by repurposing assets we’ve already created (books, templates, trainings, webinars) and direct virtual assistants (VAs) to execute. You’ll also learn the state-of-the-art technology behind modern digital marketing—from AI-assisted content workflows to automation and analytics. You’ll report directly to the CEO, collaborate daily, and leave with a strong portfolio and measurable results.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Primary: Plan and ship repurposed campaigns from existing assets (books, templates, trainings, clips) across social, email/SMS, funnels, and community.
VA Direction: Write clear task briefs/SOP checklists, assign to VAs, review outputs, and ensure on-time delivery.
Create and repurpose social content for IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (short-form video, carousels, posts).
Support email & SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): lists, templates, segments, scheduling, and QA.
Assist with funnel & webinar promotions: landing pages, opt-ins, basic nurture sequences, and simple A/B tests.
Provide basic ads support: pixel setup, audience building, simple campaigns, and creative handoff.
Support community operations in Skool: moderation, prompts, engagement tracking, and event reminders.
Run small tech experiments (e.g., AI prompts, automation steps, creative tests) and document learnings.
Track performance and deliver a weekly KPI report with insights and next steps.

Minimum Qualifications
Class year: Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students (all majors welcome)
Core tools (must-know): CapCut, Google Drive, Canva (or comparable design tool), ChatGPT
Foundational skills:
Clear, concise copy for short-form content and emails
Basic video editing for Reels/Shorts
Simple landing page builds + UTM basics
Comfort with metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC/LTV basics)
Availability: Eastern Time; daily check-ins (async + occasional live)
Equipment: BYO laptop; required software provided
Policy: Must operate under NDA/Non-Compete during the internship
Nice-to-Haves
Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO basics, Notion, Trello, LinkedIn outreach, Publer, Zapier, Skool, Zoom, prior GoHighLevel experience.
KPIs & Success Metrics (Scoreboard)
Repurposed Output: 12–15 assets/week from existing materials (shorts, carousels, posts, captions), on-time ≥95%.
VA Management: ≥90% of VA tasks shipped by deadline; briefs include goals, examples, specs, checklist; ≤1 average round of rework.
Campaign Cadence: 1–2 email/SMS sends/week supported (build, QA, schedule) with error rate ≤1%.
List Growth & Hygiene: Contribute to net list growth (per-campaign target); bounce ≤2%, spam <0.1%.
Funnel Performance: Opt-in page CVR ≥25%; campaign email link CTR ≥2.5% average.
Community Engagement: Weekly post plan delivered; 24-hour response/triage; track week-over-week engagement delta.
Experimentation: ≥1 documented test/week (AI prompt, automation step, creative variant, or subject-line test) with results logged.
Reporting: Weekly KPI report every Monday by 12 p.m. ET with insights and next actions; maintain asset/brief archive.
