Position Overview

Seacoast Cabinet is seeking a motivated Design Assistant Intern to join our team in Rowley, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in kitchen design and customer service within the cabinetry industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize kitchen design software to create professional layouts and renderings
• Prepare comprehensive design packets for customer presentations
• Review and verify lead designer's designs for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate directly with customers regarding design specifications and project details
• Support the design team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and processes
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle or extremely consistent mode of transportation
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

• Interest in interior design, architecture, or related fields
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Potential for Percentage Based Commissions
