Human Resources Internship Legal & Compliance Focus (Graduate Level)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Master’s-level HR student or recent graduate to join our team as an HR Intern focused on the legal and compliance side of HR management. This in-office position in South Florida offers hands-on employment law, documentation, and HR policy administration.
Responsibilities
Assist with employee file audits and compliance reviews
Support HR policy, disciplinary memo, and documentation updates
Research labor law updates and assist with onboarding records
Collaborate with management to ensure HR procedures meet legal standards
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in HR or Employment Law
Based in South Florida and available to work on-site
Strong interest in HR law, compliance, and policy management
Detail-oriented, professional, and confidential
Benefits
