Overview:
ULimo is a ride-sharing party bus startup redefining how students and event-goers travel, network, and celebrate. As we scale nationwide, our leadership team is constantly on the move — meeting with innovators, investors, and top talent to fuel our growth.


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to support ULimo’s top-level managers with travel coordination, research, and market expansion planning. This is a unique opportunity for students interested in business operations, management, or travel logistics who want to gain hands-on experience at a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel logistics for ULimo executives, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Research and recommend accommodations tailored to managers’ preferences.
  • Identify tech and innovation hubs that represent strong markets for ULimo’s expansion.
  • Brainstorm and present recommendations for where leadership should travel to maximize networking and recruiting opportunities.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure travel plans align with ULimo’s scaling strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with tools for travel booking and online research.
  • Interest in startups, logistics, and business growth strategy.
