Growth and Outreach Associate

Role Summary

You’ll be at the intersection of growth, outreach, and storytelling helping DeusHire connect with investors, startup communities, customers, and media.
This is a hands-on role that blends research, writing, event coordination, and social media execution to amplify our startup’s presence and accelerate our next phase of funding and partnerships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Funding & Outreach

  • Identify and apply to competitions, accelerators, grants, and pitch events.
  • Build and maintain a CRM of investors, mentors, and partner organizations.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, executive summaries, and investor updates.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and founder travel for conferences.

     

🔹 2. Marketing & Communications

  • Create unique marketing strategy Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and X pages — schedule posts, write captions, and track engagement.
  • Create visual content (reels, banners, and short videos).
  • Draft monthly newsletters and press updates for incubators, mentors, and followers.
  • Maintain brand voice across all platforms clean, professional, and tech-driven.

     

🔹 3. Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain a timeline of all outreach, applications, and deliverables (Notion, Airtable, or Sheets).
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing event participation, outreach metrics, and pipeline progress.
  • Assist in drafting progress reports and applying for accelerators. 
  • Support pilot logistics and documentation, including venue partner coordination.

     

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of startup ecosystems, accelerators, and funding processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Notion, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
  • Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

     

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with content creation (video, design, newsletters).
  • Understanding of basic CRM or analytics tracking (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
  • Interest in AI, HR Tech, or startup ecosystems.
  • Event coordination or PR/media exposure experience.
