Process Technician
Belmont Engineered Plastics of Belmont, Mi near Grand Rapids, is looking for a 2nd or 3rd Shift Process Technician II for Injection Molding.

The right person for the team will have the following skills and experience:
- Associates degree or higher in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Senior-level technician who provides training, mentoring and guidance to members of the team
- Experience with Mold setting, 5S and Lean manufacturing
- Have experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing injection molding processes to maintain quality standards
- Ability to perform corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and assembly equipment
- Experience with auxiliary equipment used within the injection molding process; dryers, hoppers, color mixers, loaders, robots, etc. .
- Must be a subject matter expert on the production floor to assist supervisors and leads and be able to mentor members of the team
- In collaboration with Process Engineers, assist in the execution of capability improvements and cost avoidance/savings opportunities
