Overview:
The On-Field Host serves as the face of the Spuds’ game-day entertainment. This individual should be outgoing, high-energy, and comfortable engaging with fans on the field and in the stands. The role blends performance, coordination, and crowd interaction to make every game memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-field emcee for all Spuds home games.
• Work with marketing and ticketing departments to organize fan experiences and between-inning games.
• Coordinate ceremonial first pitches, National Anthem performers, and special guest recognitions.
• Execute and announce in-game promotions, sponsor activations, and crowd-participation contests.
• Collaborate with the DJ/PA team to ensure smooth transitions and timing between innings.
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and fan engagement throughout each event.
• Assist Ticketing and Sales Dept to sell group outings, event deck rentals, and flex ticket packages.

Preferred Skills:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking on microphone before large crowds.
• Excellent communication and improvisation abilities.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Passion for baseball and fan-focused entertainment.
