Overview:
This position is ideal for someone who loves music, live entertainment, and baseball atmosphere. The Live Game-Day PA Assistant & DJ will help set the tone for every Spuds game by managing in-game music, public address announcements, and audio elements that enhance the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain music playlists for pregame, in-game, and postgame entertainment.
• Coordinate and execute player walk-up songs and theme night music (e.g., Fireworks Nights, Tater Tot Tuesday, etc.).
• Write, record, and assist with PA reads for Spuds corporate partners, special promotions, and game announcements.
• Operate and troubleshoot sound and PA systems during games.
• Assist with maintaining press box organization, cleanliness, and technical setup.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize music and announcements with game-day promotions.
• Work with Casper Baseball Club for their home game needs

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sound systems, PA equipment, and audio software.
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and crowd engagement.
• Passion for baseball and understanding of in-game flow.
• Ability to stay focused and flexible in a live, fast-paced environment.
• Helpful but not necessary, experience with Sound Director Software, Apple Music, MP3, and other music sourcing software
