Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative: 

• Our Entry Level Sales Representatives work with local businesses to provide and present them with telecommunication products and services. These services range from internet, wireless, landline, hotspot and more. 
• Manage customer and business databases to keep accurate account records. This helps to provide customers with promotions and upgrades that they may have available
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
• Work with customers to answer their specific questions on services and see how we can help them 
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between products and their business objectives.
• Offer service solutions that may include 5G fiber optics, ethernet and more. Stay up to date on all offerings available 

Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Experience in a prior customer service, sales, telecom sales, customer facing role is a plus
• Highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
