Application Technician

Description:
The Application Technician will support the Application Labs and serve as a liaison with commercial teams by preparing air and home care samples across various technologies for internal evaluations, stability studies, and final customer submissions.

You will manage customer bases and documentation while ensuring smooth coordination and communication with internal business partners. The primary focus will be on home and air care lab application work.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver complex application samples for internal and external clients using the CLASS sampling system, ensuring adherence to deadlines and good laboratory practices.

Ensure all samples meet quality standards as per global SOPs before release; identify and flag any technical sampling issues.

Maintain and update application bases in digital systems to ensure alignment with current collections.

Keep personal workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with best practices.

Collaborate with team members and provide support during high workload periods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Science concentration such as Chemistry, Biology, or related field).

Minimum of 1 year of practical laboratory experience — academic.

Previous experience in the fragrance industry strongly preferred, but not required.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and passion for delivering high-quality client results.
