Compensation & Career Progression

Sales Representative Trainee (0–6 months)

• $22/hour, based on a 45-hour work week (target annualized pay: $54,000)
• Paid training with mentorship and professional development
• No commission during this phase

Sales Representative (6–18 months)

• $60,000 annualized base (based on 45-hour work week)
• Plus commission on territory gross margin
• Total compensation target: $70,000–$80,000 (based on performance and business results)

Successful completion of the trainee program may lead to promotion into a Sales Representative role. Advancement is based on individual performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the business from the ground up, including sales, customer service, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
• Support branch operations, including vendor-managed inventory programs and customer orders.
• Transition into managing accounts and growing sales opportunities as you advance in the program.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required (all majors welcome).
• Retail, service, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Energetic, personable, and driven to succeed; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
