We are looking for applicants ages 18-24 who are Christ-Centered, Relationally Focused, and Incredibly Fun! From counselor positions to support staff like lifeguards, challenge team, and wranglers, all of our staff come ready for a life-changing summer where they are challenged in new ways, grow spiritually, and invest in campers for the sake of the Gospel.

College Credit & Internships - It is possible to work at camp AND receive college credit. If you have an applicable field of study and would like to make your summer position into an internship, contact us once you apply, and we can discuss the possibility of an internship.
Camp Carl's summer is broken into 4-week Terms. Summer Staff can choose to work either 4, 5, or 9 weeks by selecting the term(s) they wish to work. If you choose to work 9 weeks, you will be entitled to one week of unpaid vacation.
